Hello, I have been registered at Platincasino for a year. Had ne whole time the gold status and in the last 2 months even reached the VIP status.
Now since August, however, no status is available at all not even bronze, the chat I have never reached, no matter what time of day or night. You wait forever and then the chat is closed at some point because of inactivity..., Am verified from the beginning. Even when I was a VIP customer no contact with the chat...., ne 1230€ withdrawal was still not processed after 6 days.
