yes it is possible but not advisable, i once withdrew 3000€ to my credit card about 3 years ago, i could only withdraw in increments of 1000€, the third 1000€ was rejected by the credit card, so the casino told me, then i called my credit card and that was even true, they said they don't accept money from foreign accounts, i should refrain from doing so in the future
