Hello,

Been a Gold member of Platincasino since about the beginning since I signed up there (about 1 year ago)...

As a gold member I always got a 100% Deposit bonus at the beginning of the month up to a maximum of 100€. I used this bonus almost every month, but I never made a withdrawal....

Nevertheless, it was more or less fun to deposit 100 € and play with 200 €...

Sometimes I have played during the month more (Deposited) sometimes less, the bonus I got every month beginning...



Then, came the vacation bonus, and I thought to myself come I treat myself times 1000€ spread over the month to play, deposits between 50-100€....

I won nothing, except once from 100 to 500 and then 300 paid out......


That was ne short story so you understand my problem....


So the month was around, made a little minus but well over 1000 € Deposited...

So I log in next month, and see that my gold status is gone, I thought I had been downgraded because that was such an ugly light blue after.... until I checked it that I have risen one rank to Platin member....
