Due to the legal regulations in Germany, we are forced to pay a tax of 5.3% on each bet. As you already know, there are casinos that cover the taxes themselves, but accordingly lower the RTP of the games to sometimes below 90%.
We, as well as other casinos operating under the license of N1 Interactive Ltd. , have decided to pass on these costs to the player, but make NO changes to the gaming experience or payout ratio
As you may have noticed, a bet of 0,10€ will be charged with a fee of 0,01€. Since the system displays two digits, we have to work with a rounding procedure. However, we would like to point out that we round down ALSO in the sense of the players.
I would be interested to know to whom you have forwarded this tax. Which of you is the responsible tax office? And what was the total amount of tax in the second half of 2021?

The really exciting question that no one has been able or willing to answer for me yet: Do you and everyone else really already pay the taxes to the German treasury month after month? Or where does all the money go? To an extra account in case it really has to be paid sometime or does the money already flow to the state?
Since the introduction I have already paid 5.000€ of this tax. And I actually only play small stakes. Extrapolated to all players, these are really unbelievable sums.

RTP at playngo is about 87%...,which is well below standard 96%. So much above.
Wen still in addition tax comes, lies payout ratio somewhere between, 75% and 80%. Very generous of you

So at Duxcasino run the playngo games with ca.96% RTP. At Pino I do not play, but will probably also be so...

This is what it looks like. No plausible answers to normally asked questions. That will also have its reasons not to answer this here.
Managers are not allowed to say that their boss has the latest Bugatti in the garage since last Christmas....
