Hello all,

i have a small problem and hope someone can help me. Have requested on 13.05.2019 at NetBet a payout of 400€ via Trustly. Have on 14.05. then received confirmation from NetBet that it was processed and paid out.
Normally a payout via Trustly has always been fast on the bank account. Had then requested another payout on 16.5.2019, but this was promptly on my account, only the 14.5. not. Had then contacted NetBet, which said there were no problems with the withdrawal. I then contacted Trustly, they need a 10 digit order number (TrustlyOrderID) to verify the payment. Had again contacted NetBet because of this number. So far I have not received this. Can you help me how I should proceed now. Thanks a lot
