Hello
i have a question that is bothering me right now. I won at a casino Provider over the weekend and sent my UNterlagen for verification. However, after I had gambled away the entire amount won again, I wrote you in anger an email that you should close my account and delete my data. The Verification is still ongoing.
Now I have deposited today again 100 euros and made thanks to great luck again 500x win, which I have now hung for payout.
Can the casino now theoretically deny me the payout, in case the closure email is processed before the payout, or am I entitled to win as long as I can log in?
I'm just a little panic that they close the account and I no longer have any evidence.
Should I send another email to cancel the account closure?
Thanks for your help

Depends on the casino, if it is licensed you get in the worst case only your Deposit (100 €) back. If it is halfway serious, then you get your win and the account is then closed.
If you want to continue playing there write a withdrawal, otherwise leave it at that.

If you have nothing regarding Player protection or self-exclusion written in the mail, I think that you get the win and the account will be closed afterwards vl. I would still write ne revocation mail immediately. So would do that honestly. In the sense of, you have finally won something and you ask not to perform the closure. CasinoClub I personally consider an extremely trustworthy casino btw.
No, I have not. I was referring to my anger about the lost win and the long duration of the verification.Of course, it would be easy for the casino now to retain the 5000 euros, but at large casinos are IMO no sums.
Short update: Verification is still not through after a week. However, the basic problem of my topic seems to be no longer. Account is still open the 5000 € hang since Thursday as a payout in it. Support said that the employees of the finance department had been allegedly on a training and therefore it would take so long. I am curious and will report
I have to revise miuch and have a real problem right now. I just received an email from the company that my account has been closed. They seem to have completely ignored the 5000 euros and the upcoming payout. Now the question is what can I do?
