Online casinos without new rules

Hi all,
reading the posts over the past few weeks, a few questions have come up for me.
Before the new State Treaty on Gambling, the legal situation regarding Online Casinos was always difficult.
Now the new rules officially apply, which should actually create clarity.
Nevertheless, many still play in the casinos that do not adhere to the new rules. Would not that then clearly illegal?
No criticism btw, is just my opinion, maybe I've misunderstood something. I'm just surprised that many before the new regulation have always said "freedom of services since no official German regulation" - but now there is a German regulation
What do you think?
Recently I heard about the new tax that is deducted on every spin at some casinos.
The casinos are obliged to pay the tax, not me as a player?
I only play at Mr. GREEN, new rules, but no tax per spin.
Do I as a player have to be able to prove that the tax is paid? As far as I know this is not my concern or?
The tax is certainly levied at Mrgreen . They have simply lowered the RTP.
Open the help file of Book of Dead for example. That ran before with 96,xx%.
If you look now, you will probably see 85.xx% or 87.xx%.
It does not matter if the tax is deducted directly or invisible to the player by a lower RTP. This comes out the same you lose RTP conditioned about 3-5 times faster his money. So Book of Dead with a set RTP of 94% and a tax deduction of 5.3% pulls you just as fast the money out of your pocket as a RTP of 89% without direct tax deduction.
The casino is taxable, not the player.
If you buy a TV at Saturn, the retailer is also responsible for it, even if you paid for it at the checkout.
You have no influence on how and whether the company pays its taxes.

Does Legacy of Dead actually run at normal speed there or at a 5 second snail pace ?
Yes exactly is yes that with providers such as Mrgrenn or Rizk have lowered the RTP so the taxes are paid there only Videoslots has lowered the RTP and still deduct taxes from you the get the neck not full
