OCs soon to be banned in Austria

Ok I take back my statements made in some threads. It might not be as legal in Austria to play in OCs and soon it will be forbidden to play in OCs and that's why you can't register in many OCs from Austria...
I have not noticed this effort of the new right-wing government and was therefore uninformed.
It is aimed a net barrier over the Provider by law to force, so that one can play only with Casinos Austria. Many OCs are now probably betting on anticipatory obedience... These are sad prospects, since the website Win2Day operated by them offers only a few games and seems to have an RTP far below 10... I tried it and there you really almost never win what, really never and I played very often there because I could not believe it.
Casinos Austria is a quasi-governmental casino with private participation of, among others, Novomatic as the now second largest shareholder.
That's a mess because they don't want to ban gambling, they want to set up a monopoly for their ÖVP friends (ÖVP is Chancellor Kurz's party, rightly also called the economic party) with a stake in Casinos Austria. That means that I should play, if already then there where I have no more chance at all to win something. There even the Novo automats are extremst unterirdisch badly at the Auszahlen that one would not believe it almost, if one knows these in normal.
This is just for information for all players from Austria and all who are interested.

Just to the facts.
Novomatic has bribed politicians to get the licenses. For example, it could be proven that Novomatic sent a text message to a politician on the day of the draw and the new legislation: "I hope you don't fall down today.
Of course, there were no consequences.
90% of all revenues of Casino Austria went directly to the state. So here the citizen is also robbed indirectly because Novomatic has bought over 30% of Casino Austria.
In Vienna all machines were forbidden. Now the 'Casino Austria' but a new branch has opened directly at the Prater and if wondered with Novomatic boxes in which Novomatic now diligently earns.
This all happened under a red-black government, so long before the current government, just to have mentioned that.
Eva Glawischnig, before chairwoman of the Greens, went to Novomatic after her resignation. More hypocrisy is impossible, and this is another good example of how we are all systematically screwed by politicians.
Bribery, corruption, illegal business, monopoly and cartel formation with the help of the state and we are allowed to pay what we want.
Just with this topic would actually have to open everyone's eyes in what world we really live.
But where the newspaper does not scream for scandal there is also no scandal.
The only question is why it is not reported in detail?
The self-developed slots from win2day can almost be described as state-licensed fraud. The chances of winning are so low that it is hard to believe.
Win2day justifies this by saying that users like to have slots with low Variance, which is of course complete nonsense because the variance is so low that the chances of winning are actually non-existent.
Also, everyone seems not to care and no one does anything about it.
So great seals such as TÜV are a single farce, which check perhaps whether the software runs properly and the AQ of 95% applies, but what good is that if you actually on 1 euro bet always between 60-70 cents back.
Quite normal free spins wins move in the Win factor 2-10 times. This is really standard there and only very rarely you get 20-40 times.
And now Novomatic wants to take so much influence on the politicians and the legislation that they even want to ban all other OC by Internet censorship.
There you can see what a single billion company can already do for a damage and how venal our politicians are.
Just to puke.

Yep, to read in the digital standard. As I said, it is a plan and not yet fixed but I tried today to register with some casinos from the list here and with some it does not work from Austria. Vera&John we had the week already...

I agree with you completely and would sign every sentence so. Yes, the red government or the previous SPÖVP government in Vienna and the federal government is not better in terms of corruption, now we have just right-wing agitation as a side effect...but this is the wrong platform. The bill of the Minister of Finance I have from an article of the digital standard from the spring, in how far there will really be an implementation I do not know of course but that I could not register today at some for me new casinos because residence in Austria, gave me but to think. We never had a problem here with the legality, so I know that at least. To come again, platform-fairly, on the W2D games, that is the real fraud of which many talk here, who has played there knows every OC with halfway normal odds to appreciate.

Thanks, will make sure and if you look at all the reviews you know what it hit. I sucker gambled 60 euros there every weekend for a year and was able to pay out 100 euros twice.
