Hello dear community,
I deposited 20 euros at Lapalingo and was promised 250 loyalty points. Unfortunately, they didn't arrive! When I asked support, they couldn't help me and forwarded my request 😂😂 to the specialist department, who haven't contacted me yet. People !, I honestly don't need every penny now, but what annoys me is that they advertise it and don't do it . Lg
Looking forward to your feedback
Good Luck
Seriously now, and I don't want to make you feel stupid either I also bought €71 at Penny yesterday, had previously activated a five-fold Payback voucher and that would normally have given me 175 Payback points. Equivalent value €1.75. I like collecting them But there were only single points. So 35. I was a bit annoyed for a moment because this shit didn't work again. It happens from time to time...The sales clerk can't do anything about it. Now I could call the Payback center and try to initiate the subsequent booking, however after surviving the waiting loop, which is roughly comparable to your contacting support. But I don't feel like it. In any case, you're already one step further. Nobody can help either of us, except external powers such as the respective specialist departments. But certainly no one from here

But please Payback-Hans, this is about 250 valuable loyalty points and not 175 Payback points. I would lodge a complaint with the GGL, if that doesn't help either, then maybe a complaint to Mr. Scholz.
P.s. my ex also promised me something, I should have sued her too, haha ...

This should have nothing to do with misleading, but should not have worked on the system side. Just like many things don't work every day...the depositor is stuck here, the payout there, the free spins can't be found, the code can't be activated...all things that are wonderfully taken care of by the support team. Payback didn't want to rip me off or mislead me yesterday, but for whatever reason their process just didn't do what it was supposed to and in the next 8 out of 10 cases I'll just claw the points back

So today you are really the short-sighted Hans because Lapalingo is listed here so Julian could really help if he wants to and you generally want to give the effort for 1.70 (would understand if not)
So today you are really the short-sighted Hans because Lapalingo is listed here after all so Julian could really help there if he wants and you generally want to give the effort for 1.70 (would understand if not)
Short-sighted too ...yo, Payback is obviously blurring my vision Well then...so get on with it and let GJ explore for loyalty points at Lapalingo. I don't understand it, but I don't have a problem with it either
Short-sighted too ...yo, Payback obviously clouds my view Well then...then go for it and let GJ explore for loyalty points at Lapalingo. I have no sympathy for that, but I don't have a problem with it either
Hahahah didn't mean to question your farsightedness but just to emphasize the somewhat short-sighted "nobody can help you here"
Hahahah didn't mean to question your farsightedness but just to point out the "no one can help you here" which is a bit too short
you're absolutely right, because I hadn't actually thought about Lapalingo being listed on GJ. So the chances are pretty good and I hope the points end up with their rightful owner soon. (you can't tell anyone what's going on here )

Hahahaha as I said, I would even trust Julian to help in this case simply because the mods here were born to help, but I would also understand if he happened to read over this thread haha because it's a bit absurd to go to the contact person for 1.70 even if the person is of course absolutely right if they advertise it, he has to get it

if that's even worth €1.70. I'm not familiar with Wunderino's loyalty program, but I'll ask Nikelsen what it's all about and how the loyalty points can ultimately be rewarded or used. Thank you in advance
Just looked it up, for 250 loyalty points you get 10 free spins for Book of Dead, you can cope if you don't get the points, but it's all about the principle

Of course it's about the principle, because I would have deposited an extra 20 euros for 10 FS before, haha...
@PayBack-Hans, sorry for insulting your 175 Payback points

No problem Touch, although I still have to nibble on the matter Just logged in to the Payback pig store and read the welcome sentence:
"Good morning Langhans, top, a whopping 78 °P in your account."
That should actually be 218, of which I could have redeemed 200 on my next purchase. So that's a really bad number. Now comes the big but...is not sooooo bad, because the day before yesterday (of all things) I paid out €13.52 from No Deposit at Wunderino. So the cash register is right again, although 140 missing Payback points still hurt. But the matter is not completely off the table yet, because I could still call

I also collect Payback points at Rewe, but I've never spent them. I've often received an email from Payback saying: your points will expire soon.
Maybe you give me your Payback number and I'll collect them for you, haha ...
