Hi all, I thought I'd create a f**king Neteller account - but this is the biggest shit there is. There is no contact information anywhere, no email address, no chat and nothing. I am not able to verify this f**king account. They want a copy of my ID - ok ... but you can't upload it. They have a stupid webcam tool which does not work. As a Tip you get an app with which you can do the crap, of course, that does not work. An ominous Tel number I found was to reach until I told my problem - hung up. Since then, this crappy number is not available. How the heck did you verify your accounts? I am so p**sed off right now that I have to go to ... boahhhh neeeeeeeee

I did not have to hand in a copy of my ID. I only had to hand over my bank account details. Then I was sent a 2 digit cent amount. The numbers from this were then my Verification that you can pay on the site. Since then everything works fine
