Hey so I have deposited from my account and that was not the first deposit...my account was not yet verified I have sent them everything after request..Ne message why all this did not come..today came 2 different mails from different departments once it said they want my full name date of birth and email address although everything is in the account I have JZ again everything written down on it came nothing..in the other email it says I was asked to send my ID and a selfie which is also not true they only wanted to see a bank statement and the ID which I have sent 2 times there... there was also no response and ne reason why the account was blocked was also nowhere with
