Well that's too bad. You should never Deposit through your bank. OC from Curaco are not legal. So the bank will have to charge back the money. Probably they will also cancel your account. The OC will pay out with certainty, unfortunately, nothing. But keep your fingers crossed anyway.

Why are they not legal? I've read so many posts where it says that they can legally trade in the EU, etc.. How can I tell what is legal and what is illegal?

Yes don't let anyone talk you into it. This is a good Curacao casino and you will get your money

Where did you read that? There are no legal OC in the FRG at the moment. Only in Schleswig Holstein. Some from Malta have already implemented the German rules but do not yet have a license. In Curaco (what do you think why they sit there?? ) there are defentiv no legal OC. What do you think why the bank is booking it back? Because otherwise they are liable to prosecution. Post please where it says that OC from Curacao are legal.

Hi guys,

I have a huge problem... yesterday I deposited 50€ on a website and won the Max-Win of 26.000€ on nem game. Problem now is that my bank (Postbank) has charged back the 50€ (although my account is covered). I have won the sum with the 50 €, which was now taken back by the bank arbitrarily. Can the casino deny me the win? Can the Postbank do that at all? And if I would lose the win now, can I do anything legally? The casino is nomini and has a license from Curacao. As far as I can tell, the site is legal and I don't understand why the bank is doing this now
I thank you in advance for your help... I am really desperate.

Greetings
