Hello everyone,

i am new here and have decided to create an account.

I have always deposited with Platin via MasterCard (linked account is N26). So far, all withdrawals have also gone through via the same payment method (most recently in mid-August, 1k)

Now I have made 3 withdrawal attempts this week (spread over almost 1.5k). All 3 were canceled by the bank(!). At first I didn't believe Platin that the bank was causing trouble. Yesterday, N26 contacted me to say that the incoming transaction had been rejected. Allegedly the monthly limit of the account has been reached! They want me to try again next month. I don't dare to make any further inquiries with N26 directly. The money went back to Platin.

Problem: Withdrawal options are only bank transfer and several crypto methods. According to the chat, token withdrawal is probably not possible.

What would you do? (apart from not depositing via N26 anymore?)
Get a new credit card/account?
Try a crypto option? If so, which one?

Maybe someone has had similar experiences. I am grateful for your help.

I was able to Deposit and withdraw from Platin using Jeton without any problems. This payment method is still listed. Perhaps that would be an option for you.
