Hi Community,

i have several casinos where I would like to claim my money back.
LocoWin approx. 8000 euros
Rembrandtcasino approx. 6000 Euro
Big5Casino approx. 4000 Euro
NySpins ca 4000 Euro

Myright couldn't find anyone to take on the case and I received an email from another portal that there is a new law where you can only claim your money back if you lose 10,000 euros or more per casino... Can anyone help me? Where else could I find help?

Thanks in advance...

I have a similar problem. The transaction histories are gradually trickling in (also from those before 07.2021) - but so far I can't find a lawyer who has the capacity.

I would be grateful if someone could help me here.

Kind regards

Unfortunately, I can only help you at the moment if you are from Austria.

Hey, let me ask you a question, back then it was Jetbull, fantasino, the Amgo iGaming group where I really deposited every day. Several tens of thousands of euros and VIP was also at a higher level.
However, I can't find anything, I know that they somehow hung the thing on a pin, but do you think that theoretically something could still be done?
I had already requested and received the transaction history by email and also had my accounts blocked, but I had this several times with this Provider, it was no problem, they unblocked you immediately, depending on how much you stayed.

And of course it's everyone's own fault bli bla bla blub but ESPECIALLY from this group
I feel totally ripped off and would love to claim my money back...

But the lawyers who offer themselves on the internet, I don't know, they all want to make money and are really totally uninterested and unreachable. I've even filled out forms with some of these internet lawyers and received feedback after months or even years.
AND EVEN GOT MONEY BACK BY COMPARISON (no huge sums now because unfortunately just the casinos where I had paid in comparatively little) BUT well, this process was also totally annoying and dubious but still worked.
Well back to the
Jetbull/fantasino group what can I do there I can't find anything else from them either whether they have gone bankrupt or operate under other names.
Lg

You're asking the question in the wrong place. There are so many lawyers and PFs who deal with this. Just pick up your cell phone and let it ring through. A good lawyer will be able to find out whether the company can still be legally held liable or not.
