Hi guys, I ask for help.

I have won at GGbet 600€ and withdraw to my Mifinity account, so far so good. But since I am not yet verified there I have already repeated the Verification at least 6 times and now comes what I do not understand. After I have made ID and selfie and uploaded the documents I get after 5 minutes always the same automatic mail from Mifinity where it says "Your ID has not survived our verification process", I'm desperate, the ID and the selfie I have of course photographed with sufficient light. Has anyone of also had the same problems before and do you have an idea what I could do dach ?
