Online Casinos in general: Microgaming casinos -> a negative development

Hello,

i would like to write down my experience with Microgaming casinos.

I have been playing slots in Micogaming casinos for ten years now. By chance, it was never my intention to play in casinos, as I don't think much of this kind of gambling, I tried it out.
I was thrilled after first investing time and money to get to know the games.

Over time there were losses and wins, had I played with more caution and significantly more intelligence I could have eventually made a win (more payouts than deposits). But that was not the case.

However, the reasons for this are not the speculations that one would not have a chance to make wins or that the casinos did not pay out.
In this regard, I never had any problems. Whereby it should be added that as soon as you request a payout, you have to reckon with a week until the money is credited to your account.

But now I come to the negative development. On the one hand, it is a problem that the game manufacturer Micogaming dictates to the casino how the technical development is and which slots will be cancelled and modified overnight, on the other hand, the very poor communication policy of the casino chains.

Basically, there are few casino chains that dominate the market. There have been fewer and fewer over time due to takeovers, so that there are actually only three big ones left, namely "Casino Rewards", "Palace Group" and "Vegas Partner Lounge". These have taken over other casinos and some casinos have folded.

In terms of technology, there used to be the download version in the form of client software, which unfortunately has always been bad and has not been improved in ten years, very bad for offering games for a fee, and the browser version. I liked the browser version much better, even if some slots did not exist in the browser version.
But now it came to the introduction of the mobile version, which is definitely useful to be able to play slots on your smartphone or tablet. But the problem with the technical change is that the browser version became the mobile version, which on the one hand looks graphically crappy on the computer, and on the other hand no longer offers the functions that the browser or download version provided. It became criminal, however, when with this changeover the progress you can make in some slots was simply reset!!! This was neither communicated nor explained or actuated when asked. This means that a lot of time and money were misinvested and that the customer friendliness and communication policy is really miserable.

I will no longer play at "Casino Rewards" because the mobile version is a joke. In addition, it is incredibly annoying to have to log in awkwardly every time. This casino chain with still many casinos, but most are only playable as a download version, has become a bad provider.

But the most important thing is that the probability of winning has significantly deteriorated over the year. You have to invest too often and too much to then times a turnover that covered the many attempts before. To do this, however, one would have to stop at the right moment in order to have the turnover paid out. Only, who can do that? If one were clairvoyant, then one would not need to play in the casinos, since one cleared in the lotteries. In this regard, the algorithms have been modified one hundred percent. It seems to me that everything was focused only on this stupid Jackpot game "Mega Moolah". Honestly, except for the jackpot, this game is really boring. Other jackpot slots like "Lord of the Rings" and "Batman" have just been discontinued. They were at least fun, you could get a decent return every now and then. This is unlikely with "Mega Moolah".

Conclusion
Anyone who wants to at least not take big losses by playing continuously is no longer in good hands with "Microgaming". It has developed too much into a lottery. Basically, it is already clear at the time of Deposit whether the money will be lost, as well as whether you can achieve a multiplication of the stake, only with the subtle hint that you would then also have to stop at the optimal time to compensate for the previous losses to some extent. The promise that about 95% of all deposits of all players are paid out again, I think is wrong, would also mean on average that you would lose as an average player only 5% of his deposits, which I can not confirm

so microgaming behaves like a company that is fed up, they have dominated the market for many years alone, there were always new manufacturers but none of them was even remotely competition for MG, this has unfortunately also affected the new games, how long has it been since MG itself has released a game, they now earn enough with the work of others who develop games on behalf of MG
