I am waiting since 08.02 for a payout of 600€ by bank transfer. The casino has all the data from me and yet the withdrawal is first approved and then cancelled after 4-7 days and the money lands on my account. I have already written an estimated 50 times with the support and I am always told something different. With the first two transfers, according to their statements, there were technical problems, the 3rd time my bank (Haspa) should have rejected the transfer. I called my bank and no payment was instructed to my account... Thereupon I uploaded my bank card and ID card again and according to support there should be no more problems after that... the transfer was approved again and then rejected again after a few days with the same reasoning....

The support is really the biggest joke! They don't even answer my questions. They just keep re-initiating the transfer and I am supposed to get back to them in 4-7 days. It's just frustrating... have you ever been stuck in such an endless loop? Or does anyone know what to do here?
