Hello all,
i deposited with bonus at LordLucky and was able to wager the bonus successfully. Have requested a withdrawal to the bank account
I was then deducted a "fraud amount" (in the amount of the Deposit bonus) from the real money and the withdrawal was canceled.
Can anyone tell me why this is happening? I have not touched the excluded games as far as I can remember.

rabbit entertainment has changed its terms and conditions.... if you don't get the Bonus money, you won't get it in the end!

Thanks for your answer.
Do you have any idea where it says that exactly?
§5 BONI
5.1 Bonuses may occasionally be credited to your player account as part of promotional offers or a marketing campaign.
5.2 We reserve the right to cancel the full bonus, wagers and winnings resulting from betting larger amounts. In case a bonus is linked to a Deposit, all wins will be transferred to a non-payable real money balance.
5.3 In case of early withdrawal (bonus has not been wagered yet), the bonus amount and all related wins will be forfeited.
5.4 We reserve the right to cancel any bonus that is no longer valid. In this case, the bonus amount and all related wins will be declared void. Further details of each bonus plan will be published on the "Bonus terms and Conditions" page once introduced. These can be found at: Bonus Terms and Conditions website
5.5 We may deny you a bonus or amend the bonus, including its cancellation, should we consider that a bonus has been abused, that technical problems have arisen in connection with a bonus, and that for any reason the bonus is not being performed as originally planned.
5.6 If a promo action is carried out by third parties, the general terms and conditions of those third parties shall apply.
Could be 5.4, where in the terms and conditions for the Welcome bonus it says: "Bonus funds are considered Bonus money until the turnover requirements are met. Bonus funds can be converted into real money and paid out only when the player's account shows the bonus money as real money."
The T&Cs are also dated 09/15/2019.
Fraud amount also sounds rather like something else (spins over 5€ can't be either, by the way).

so seriously... this passage is really awesome:
5.2 We reserve the right to cancel the full bonus, wagers and winnings resulting from bets of larger amounts. In case a bonus is linked to a Deposit, all wins will be transferred to a non-payable real money balance.
Ergo: if I deposit 100€ and play with a 100% bonus (200€), meet the Wagering requirements, and with a little luck win 10-20k, this would be a larger win and could be cancelled by the casino in its own opinion... mhh.

I also find very borderline. Do not know how the guidelines are, whether such a thing is allowed at all. Under certain circumstances, this is certainly okay (bonus abuse), but certainly not at its own discretion, as it sounds out there.

Just because the rates can be interpreted back and forth, I would not Deposit a cent. There are so many casinos that have understandable conditions, why not stick to them?
But well, I think playing with Bonuses is stupid anyway. Even with clear conditions, you have to watch out all the time that you do not make a mistake. With fun at the game has nothing more to do

Quite funny .
I just read through the Bonus terms and the general T&C in English and German and I can't find anything there that would justify removing a player's bonus if he didn't get into the bonus during the turnover period.
Since it is declared as a "Fraud" amount in your case, this indicates that Lord Lucky believes that you have violated some condition.
Ask the chat why they have not paid out your bonus.

This is unacceptable from my point of view. If the MGA was good then I would pay a kind of broadcasting fee for it.
