I locked myself out of ComeOn! a few years ago. At the time, I really got into it with them and permanently locked myself out. Years later I signed up with Mobilbet and lost big. I closed the account and then saw that they belong to the same group as Comeon! The casinos are also both licensed with the MGA. Is this legal? Did make an MGA complaint but they said is my own fault. Interestingly, other MGA casinos where I have blocked myself do not let me play at their sister sites so this seems to be a gray area.
Thanks for the interesting post. May one ask why you had a falling out with Comeon? Did you give Gambling addiction as the reason for the ban with Comeon?

To your questions Daniel
At Comeon I deposited 50 EUR and won 1000 EUR, which I cashed out. When the credit came to my credit card, I tried to Deposit again 150 EUR, which were charged to my KK but not credited to the game account. For weeks I had to argue with them and show bank receipts until the money was credited and they took the blame for the technical problem. Then they credited me the money and I got 800 EUR again. I then asked them to block my account so I wouldn't gamble the money away again. They didn't do that, so I ended up gambling it away again. I then continued to deposit properly and only lost and asked for a "permanent self exclusion due to gambling addiction" so that the block is irreversible. Of all the online casino providers, only two have screwed me with such a circumstance. Mobilbet/Comeon, they don't give a shit about the statutes of the MGA license (even got the license text from the MGA) and the Fortune Lounge group, same problem. The MGA writes your "remote gaming regulations" §43/(5) A licensee shall not accept a wager from a player contrary
to a limit or exclusion set by the player under this regulation.
Find this story blatant. Well, I've often had contact with players who actually had the same problem and got their money back by instruction of the MGA. Actually you should get your money back.
Of course, you are basically "blaming yourself" if you gamble your money elsewhere after a ban. And surely the money would have ended up somewhere else if you had been banned. In general, I think the Player protection online needs to be improved! From the player protection in Germany in general, you do not even have to talk, because everything is cheese anyway.
I also think the Online Casinos should have less to do with it. You should be able to fill out a form centrally at the MGA. There should be the option that you can block (at least for all Malta casinos).
For players in Germany who do not have an income in the five-digit range, but it does not make it better, because Slot machines are everywhere and 10,000 € a month to gamble away, there is also no problem.
You can now only try to sue for your money through a lawyer for European law or international law. Maybe you should collect such cases and file a class action lawsuit, so that this story moves something to the positive.

Mr. OBERFELDWEBEL... come down from your pony and consider this not obligatory condescending... Honestly, if I had the same problem now and inquire about it here because it is a serious concern and then find the following thread again, then you overlook the....and here there are soooo many members who may share the same problem and become aware of this post because it has now slipped back to the more current level ... Aiaiaiaiaiii ... But with such bright minds like you daaaaaaaaa I must contribute my two cents
Are you sure you didn't misread Falko's post? He merely made an observation in a short, concise sentence. And you immediately grumble around like an old maid
I am a woman and am allowed to escalate emotionally, misunderstand things and not have myself under control! Sorry Falko, this time you were the victim xD
