I created an account with the above casino group 3 weeks ago and won 500€. Withdrawal took a whole 2 weeks with verification. Long, but so far so good. Second withdrawal requested last week Wednesday, Monday the money was there. Monday I requested another payout, it states a payout time of 3 business days. Until today nothing came, Live Chat is stalling me since yesterday and says "the time for payout is not scheduled yet". I have two more payouts in the pipeline and was told that between the payouts will always be 3 days, which is not so in the terms and conditions. Find the behavior quite customer unfriendly and would therefore advise against the store.
