I would be interested to know how much you have gambled away online over the years. (Only casinos, no sports betting or anything like that).

Am in the period from January 2018 until today with 17,000€ in plus.
I already record every Deposit and withdrawal from the beginning, adhere to certain rules (nothing works without discipline) and shamelessly take almost all bonus offers

I keep accurate records of deposits and withdrawals for a year. Also play only when there is a bonus (at least 50%) and usually always Deposit only 50€ and then also play only Starburst or BoD on low stakes. Have 9 winning months and 3 losing months, bottom line over 5500€ in plus.

With bonus credits I generally play rather risky. If I have e.g. 50€ credit, I start directly with 1€ stake (with 10€ credit I start with 20ct etc.) and increase with wins also quickly. So of course it can be over quickly but with a lucky streak, the whole thing can go through the roof. I usually play Finn and the Swirly Spin, Book of Dead or Gonzo's Quest.
