Hello,

i am a normal player who created an account at NetBet a few days ago with all the correct data.

I deposited 200€. Had some luck with BoD and in the end there was 1400€ in my account which I cashed out.

The next day I wanted to log into my account and it was locked.

In the chat they did not want to help me and just put me off and said: 200€ you get back. That wass account remains closed.

This is FRAUD. I will also report this incident to the MGA and the British regulator.

Does anyone have similar experience and can help?

Player name at NETBET: Moneymeka1990

Best regards

The chat should at least tell you why your account is closed. I would ask that they will refer to something probably double accounts or something. So you can now first difficult to say what the reason could be

Yeah I don't know either, I don't have another account.

You are also very unfriendly, want to get rid of you in the chat.

You lose a really good customer.

What are 1400€, NetBet does not know the potential of its customers

And by such behavior you scare away customers.

I stay tuned.

Best regards

Update:

Mail from NetBet:

we would like to inform you that our security department has reviewed your withdrawal

Unfortunately, we found out that you once had a player account with us under the name: realmoneymek, which was closed forever in 2015.
Therefore, you have violated our terms and conditions. Your win will be retained and you will be refunded only the 200€ Deposit

We ask for your understanding for this decision

If you have any further questions or suggestions, please do not hesitate to contact us

With kind regards
Michael

-Also I would have an account from 2015, which according to their statement has been closed correctly forever since 2015.

Unbelievable what a scam!!!

If it is the case that you had an account in 2015 and it was closed, NetBet is in the right and have done everything right

Wait, even if this was my account, which I don't remember and it was simply closed correctly.

If one 5 years later, creates a new account, means that no two accounts exist......

Also, NetBet 2015 was not called Netbet but Casino707 or something like that, this is absolute misdirection.

Had I lost 1400€ would certainly no one crowed ......;)

The bookie founded in France has been active on the online sports betting market since 2001 under the name "Bet770". However, it has only been operating under the name Netbet since its renaming in 2013

The question remains whether the account actually belonged to me and why if it was closed correctly according to the statement 2015, stands as a second account?

Sure this stands as a 2nd account, no matter why that was closed. Will not have done this for no reason. Also, gamblejoe can do nothing, since this is not an Affiliate here. If you think you have been treated unjustly, you have to contact the MGA or an affiliate site. But I honestly see your chances at 0.001%

I get the impression that this was your account in 2015 and that you are well aware of it
