I would like to share with you briefly my experience with the exact same problem.

I claimed the 500% bonus from N1 on 12/30/2019. Have then finished venturing and still had 900€ on the clock. Have the 900 then want to pay out and this was denied due to the known "error" of the casino, I would have multiple accounts on an IP blah blah. I've become really angry with them, have the also partly "insulted", what they would have for a crappy system, etc

I then contacted the MGA, but they couldn't really help me either. I was very disappointed with them. They wanted to redirect me to thepogg.com and made no effort to help me in any way.

Oh well. Since I had already written off the money, I closed my account with N1

Sometime last week I was lying in bed thinking to myself: How stupid are you? That's 900€ dammit. Do something about it.

No sooner said than done. I went back to N1 Livechat and reactivated my account. This happened within 2 days. When the account was open again, I wrote a mail to the VIP manager of the casino. Before that I did the following:

I had my Internet Provider confirm that my Internet connection has a dynamic IP.

With this knowledge and the e-mail confirmation of my provider, I wrote the mail to N1 and told them that I have just this dynamic IP and it can therefore be that several accounts run on one IP, if my router has just exactly the same IP, which I used for the bonus offer, now attributed to another user. Quite unlikely, but theoretically possible.

Well.....today I got the answer from N1

I really thought I'm going to die. The money was actually already back in the account, I requested the payout, this was confirmed within 2 minutes.

I can really only advise: Stay persistent and try everything to get your money.

PS: The absolute cool thing is still: They have me, after the have rejected the bonus, the 50€ from the Deposit credited again. I cashed it out immediately at the time. Thus, my net profit is 900 € and not 850 €, because they have credited me the 900 completely.

Unbelievable this story - then it is Evtl at the dynamic IP?

Yes, I assume so

I advise everyone to have their Provider confirm in writing that the connection is a dynamic IP and then contact the casino again!

whether your solution can also be applied to a 30k win, hm there they are certainly more stubborn. But try makes wise. The TE should try it in any case times.

What would also be interesting for me - how did you manage to contact the casino manager? My mails all remain unanswered and contact details of the VIP manager etc can't be found anywhere

Dynamic IP was also just confirmed by 1&1 but it changes only every 24 hours and they accuse me that I have played on this Saturday at the same time with several accounts 🧐

I have used this address here:

vip@n1casino.com

I also played everything in one day. But you never know when your router makes the forced disconnection. This could have happened while you were playing and you didn't notice it...I would definitely try this step!

Good morning

So I got the confirmation at 1&1 and now also wrote again to the casino

Since this was the 10th mail to N1 and I have never received answers, I am not very confident to get an answer this time. But a try is worth it all the time

Is there still today, that the router makes a forced disconnection?

Does this still exist today, that the router makes a forced disconnection?

Depending on the line, it still exists. With cable Internet it is very rare.

Nowadays, however, the user can usually determine the time of disconnection.
