Online Casinos in general: Greatwin.com - Experience with payouts

Hello all,

i have won 4.5 k (about 1k deposited) at the above OC and would now like to pay it out. When I was about to do this I noticed that you can only withdraw 500€ per day and only have three ongoing withdrawals at once. In addition, you can only verify after request by the casino, not already independently as with other OC's. This seems pretty shady I must say and I'm a bit worried that I'll be scammed and have to chase the money forever or not get it at all. I have requested the first two payments yesterday and the day before yesterday, so far no answer.

Has anyone here had any experience with OC? Thank you.

Of course, I saw the extremely shitty ratings on TrustPilot after the fact... What OC thinks it makes sense that you can only cash out 500€/day except a scam casino that either doesn't pay out or wants you to lose everything again as soon as possible. For comparison, at mystakes.com I was able to cash out 7.5k in one go.

The fact that a Verification should only happen after a request, I had recently also times. But they were still serious.

I only know Greatwin from the name...at Guru 9.4. 13 complaints. 6 accepted and also resolved, 1 open and 6 rejected. It will work out. Apart from that: the payout limits are already fixed beforehand and it doesn't hurt to check whether you like them before making a Deposit

Well, let's put it this way, I picked any casino and just played bluntly. What do you think of the TrustPilot ratings?

You seem to be quite open and honest and if I'm honest now, it does not sound like a good plan to "pick out any casino" and "play bluntly" But as I wrote...with Greatwin you seem to have chosen no rip-off, which is why - as far as I can judge from afar, since I do not know the Provider - normally everything should go its regular course.

What do I think of Trustpilot? Hmmm...honestly not so much. Sure, if I do some research, then it can also happen that I read over there. But for my taste there are too many people on the road who simply blame their loss on the casino. So according to the motto "Deposited three times, never paid out...that must be fraud in the dirt house"

There I honestly give a little more on Casino Guru, although what is written there also by far does not always correspond with my personal experience. Read through complaints, some customer reviews...that's enough for a rough overview.

In principle, I look more at which operator group the casino is and how their reputation is. In addition, if you are not quite sure, you can also ask very good here. There are quite a few people at the start, whose opinion you can trust. *This was not a surreptitious advertising for GambleJoe, but I feel that way*

That's why I signed up here, because I think there are a lot of trustworthy people here. Greatwin was listed very high on some other platform, and just looks nice, so I just deposited there 😅. I didn't look into T&C until after the win. I also find Askgamblers relatively good as a rating/complaints platform to assess casinos. There, the casino has a 5.69. Even now not soo good must be said, but at least almost all complaints were successfully processed. I am also now at 5.3 k (including payouts), had a very strong BJ run. I thank you for your assessment, has me at least a little reassured, I would still be interested in the opinion of others who have already played there times or paid out.

The good reviews at CasinoGuru and Askgamlers should not be trusted, because often casinos give away free spins for good reviews on these platforms. It is best to read through the complaints of the respective casino.

Then I can only rely on the experience of other users. Hope here gibts someone, the longer it takes with the first payout, the more worried I am

So the first payout (500 €) I have now received. Could have also quiet times directly process all three. I have not yet had to verify, strange.

Documents they do not want, the money comes, the casino works exactly according to its rules...yet they complain...I do not understand.

Yes, if I already have 3 open withdrawals, then they could also calmly process all directly. I'm just surprised about the Verification, because so far they always wanted a verification from me. But of course I'm glad that they pay at all.
