First, not with Merkur slots. Secondly, if you would inform yourself, then you would know that some slot providers offer different Rtp versions, including playngo or red tiger. Casinos can then choose which rtp setting they want to have, but higher or even lower than the rtp provided by the Provider, they can not even just change least of all in the running 'operation'. I have heard that playngo with 94% is already hard at the lower limit
In addition, Videoslots has very well put a message on their site online in the news section where they have made this known

Yes? But the problem only occurred at Videoslots, there was no similar thing to report from any other casino.
Which, by the way, also raises one or the other question regarding game hosting, influence of the casinos on the games or even individual game servers for individual casinos...
Because if I understand correctly what the providers tell us, according to my understanding this error should have occurred at all casinos that offer these games
The only other possibility would be that the error was directly in the account balance management at VS and the Provider "received" the amounts. Then it would be but quite violent that the game was possible without balance, because you usually get ne error message directly from the provider...
This question would also interest me and I do not quite understand why you are therefore dubbed as "Aluhuträger".the casino propaganda is yet: "We have no influence on the slots - run centrally at the manufacturer!" Why does this extreme technical problem then occur only in a single casino ?! This question must be allowed in a critical forum like this that cares about player concerns?

I would suggest to discuss this topic separately in a new topic, otherwise it merges with the other topic here.

The really most important question is what conclusions VS draws from the matter
With a, even relatively superficial, check, one could have determined that something went wrong before paying out anything.
Not too far-fetched that they now decide to look a little more closely at payouts in the future. What makes the biggest (and now unfortunately one of the few remaining) advantages of VS, the fast payout, combined with the security of getting his money not only at all, but also quickly...

My guess is that the slot and account management are two different pieces of software linked via an API. The slot Provider delivers the spin result, the casino software makes the plus or minus out of it for the respective customer account. If something goes wrong, something like this happens.
Let me ask you this: If someone had posted the bug here in the forum, would you have exploited it so consistently? I would have done it. f**k the account

That may well be the case here, as Videoslots has quietly set the RTP down.

Why? But that fits perfectly with this topic here and is therefore not OT?
