It is about the edict (Merkur Provider believe) slots nen error was that even on max bet no money has been deducted but any wins your balance as real money was added
About 20 players were affected by this and a few have paid out although this is not allowed the withdrawal went through anyway because it was not exactly checked, now Videoslots wants the money back
Someone got a call from Videoslots guys who even threatened to call the police if they don't give the money back
The slots from the manufacturer have been deactivated so that nothing else happens, there are supposed to have been players who have lost money and want of course after they have heard that the slots had errors their money back
The only thing that is bad about the whole thing now is how Videoslots handled the situation. Threats, late response times and little communication have made the whole thing look very strange

Begbie wrote on 06/26/2019 00:02: can you summarize the problem? don't have time to watch a 25min video...
Aaaaalso...
At Videoslots there was a technical problem on Friday and Saturday, due to which in certain Merkur games when playing no bets were debited from the player accounts (BZW. you could even play without having any money in the account. The wins were booked though!!!
Some players noticed this of course and played with accordingly high stakes and won. About 20 players managed to successfully request a payout. One player from Sweden has probably cashed out around 15k...
When VS became aware of the error, they blocked the accounts of the players in question and wrote to them that they had to pay back the money they had withdrawn. Among other things, the players were also threatened to call the police (🤣🤣🤣🤣)
In the meantime, VS has rowed back, as they have probably noticed that they are legally on the losing side and have informed the players via the Casinomeister forum that they will not reclaim the paid amounts for reasons of customer satisfaction and will not initiate any legal steps.
However, the players' accounts remain blocked. So anyone who wants to continue playing at VS must contact them and pay back the money, then the respective account will be unlocked again...
The action must have cost the several tens of thousands of euros...

Begbie wrote on 06/26/2019 08:19: yes thanks for the summary.
but according to the description, wasn't the problem more with the Provider?
Yes? But the problem only occurred with Videoslots, there was no similar thing to report from any other casino.
Which, by the way, also raises one or the other question regarding game hosting, influence of the casinos on the games or even individual game servers for individual casinos...
Because if I understand correctly what the providers tell us, according to my understanding this error should have occurred at all casinos that offer these games
The only other possibility would be that the error was directly in the account balance management at VS and the provider "received" the amounts. Then it would be but quite violent that the game without balance was possible, because you normally get ne error message directly from the provider...
Ne doesn't raise any questions. If they had an influence on the games, something like this would probably not happen, that they first have to sit down with edict, right? Now the Aluhut gelaber starts again...
