Hello people

is anyone of you at Genesis Casino and also have the following problem there:
i am trying to start the chat. In doing so, I often have to try multiple times. I click on chat in the right menu bar and nothing happens.
Most of the time I succeed by clicking on "Deposit" and clicking on "Chat" in the Deposit window. But that doesn't always work either.

I have already tried the following
- other browser
- Turn off AdBlocker (it is off on the site anyway)
- Disable firewall
- try later

"Try later" is the only thing that has helped so far. But it is still annoying.

Does anyone have an idea or solved the problem before?
