Online Casinos in general: Questionable at Dama / Hollycorn Casinos ?

Hello

I've waited a few days now and thought twice about posting such a reproach to the biggest Provider, but I think it's quite provable and find this forum the (hopefully) right place for it. I also considered posting it on CasinoGuru, but have more confidence here.
It should of course be noted that the things mentioned here correspond to my personal perception and everyone should & may form their own opinion.
Briefly about me: I've only been playing in Online Casinos for about 3 years and have my bets under control, I only play with small amounts and in such a way that I don't have any problems. Due to the amount of casinos, I try (!) to use it to my advantage in that I only use offers with at least 200% Bonuses and non-sticky bonuses, so that my losses are very limited thanks to occasional wins and it's a nice thrill I only mention this so that you can better understand why I noticed these events here.
I would also like to point out that, based on my observations, I assume (personal opinion!) that the same owners seem to be behind Dama & Hollycorn, which I assume from the many casinos that use the same promotions and bonus codes and that exactly the same chat agents are online. Officially, however, they are of course separate companies.

Shortly after Valentine's Day (on 18.02) some casinos (I know 5, there were probably more) of the Dama / Hollycorn group ran a promotion, which was like this: Deposit 50 euros and guess with the code X, Y and Z, "at random" you will receive a bonus of 30, 50 or 200 euros.

The first e-mail with this offer reached me around midday and a bonus of 400% is rather rare, even for Dama/Hollycorn. So I decided to take a closer look.
It should be mentioned, as you probably know, there are 2 ways to Deposit in the casinos with this Softswiss system. The simple prominent option directly in the navigation, which is quickly accessible. However, you will not see any details there, e.g. on the validity of the code. However, if you go to "My account" in these casinos and click on Deposit in the menu there, you will be taken to the other depositor page, which also has a slightly different interface. I always use this page because it offers the great advantage that in about 50% of the casinos (I suspect that it is not intentional) you can see directly whether the Bonus Code works or is valid for your own account. Due to a bug, which was only fixed in the course of the evening, you could now try all 3 bonus codes in the casinos with this promotion in the user account and see directly which code granted which bonus.

While in the 1st casino, the "SpiritCasino", everything was fair and one of the 3 codes had correctly deposited a 200 euro bonus, I noticed in all other casinos with the same "promotion" that the codes had only deposited 30, 50 and another 30 euros. It was therefore impossible to receive the random bonus of 200 euros in these other casinos.
It was (of course) no coincidence, it depended on the code used. It was a coincidence in that you only had 1 chance to guess and if the amount had not been visible in advance due to the error, it would also have been a coincidence.

I noticed that in the evening it was no longer possible to see the amount in advance and this "gap" was closed.

As I said, I thought long and hard about whether it was relevant to post this and whether it could be problematic. But I don't think it's very fair to promise such a generous bonus if you don't actually grant it. You could have simply made it 100 euros, for example, which would still have been a fair 200% bonus. But this way, customers were promised something they couldn't get.
I have absolutely nothing against Dama/Hollycorn, but I think that "fair play" must apply to both sides. Everyone should decide for themselves whether this is a scam.

I have collected screenshots documenting my statements and have taken the liberty of linking them here on my Google Cloud so that everyone can form their own opinion. You can see the correctly credited bonus at Spirit and how only 30, 50 and 30 euros were deposited at the other casinos.
Some of the screenshots were taken with the English pages. Sorry if they are not sorted.

casinos affected, as far as noticed: LuckyHunter, RollXo, RetroBet. Correct as mentioned at Spirit.

Have a nice weekend!
