Hello all,
i have specially registered in this forum. I have the following problem. I deposited with Sofortüberweisung at Sunpura, the Deposit failed for some reason, but the money was debited from my bank account.
I have been in contact with support for two weeks. I should send screenshots and account statements, all done. It is always said that the deposit does not belong to the casino, although also in the casino zusehen is that a deposit failed.
I really do not know what to do anymore. The money was booked from my account and has simply disappeared.

Two weeks is really a long time, with failed deposits the money is usually automatically reversed within a few days. I'm afraid there's not much you can do about it. The bank can't help you and if the casino is stubborn, you're on the short end of the stick.
