Hello everyone, I have read in other posts here that 5Gringos Casino has chips as a means of payment. What about Verification? So they also ask for things like the last 3 months bank statements etc. although you pay with Jeton Wallet. With regard to withdrawals, of course, which I haven't had yet, but what if... Because the casino could actually only ask for proof of Jeton, since my bank has nothing to do with it. I read somewhere here that you only need a screenshot with the ID of Jeton, nobody wrote anything about proof of address etc.. Because I usually have problems with the proof of address. Since I would only have my bank as proof of address, I have no other relevant contracts, only confirmation of registration, which is already over 6 months old and would therefore not be valid.
So I'm asking around here and hope someone can help me.

As far as I know, you only have to verify yourself with 5gringos if the cumulative payout amount (sum of all previous Az) exceeds €4000. As this will probably not be the case for me for a long time yet, I have ignored it so far and can't tell you exactly what they require.
I would recommend that if you want to be verified early, you contact support directly and ask for early verification. Then you'll be on the safe side. 🍀

Ok all right thanks. So I deposited 300 euros there now and hardly any free spins came and 5Gringos took everything from me. I think they have an even worse RTP than the German casinos. Are there no better Jeton casinos where you have to verify yourself so strictly if you win something from 1000 euros?

Has anyone noticed that when depositing from Jeton Wallet to the casinos, there is no longer a window from Jeton directly, but a window from Jetonbank?
You can still Deposit money from Jeton Wallet to the casinos, but no longer directly, but now via JetonBank, mhhh...
Aha yes, and exactly the same for withdrawals, it no longer shows the names of the casinos, but only Jetonbank.

I also noticed this in a casino yesterday, but didn't know that it would still work with the Jeton Wallet. So you just have to select Jeton in the pull-down menu? I thought it was a system error or a forwarding error because it looked more like an instant transfer via Jetonbank. By the way, my payout also came with Jetonbank as the merchant name.

Yes, you can also Deposit money from JetonWallet via JetonBank.
JetonBank has a separate page, but has the same address and the same license number as JetonWallet. You will probably be able to open a bank account there for private individuals in the future, currently only for business people.
Funnily enough, JetonWallet support doesn't know anything about JetonBank. I was in the Live Chat this morning and asked if JetonBank is the same company as JetonWallet.
The support has no idea and said I should not select JetonBank when depositing at the casinos, but Jetonwallet. I told him that there is no other depositor symbol than JetonWallet and also that you can select topics at the beginning of the JetonWallet live chat, such as deposit or KYC etc.. You can also select Jetonbank, and since it was offline this morning, I selected "other".
It's funny that the people at JetonWallet don't know anything about Jetonbank, even though all casinos now only process deposits via Jetonbank, at least all the casinos I've tested 🤣

I have now also been able to deposit successfully via the Jetonbank intermediate page. Jeton Wallet now also lists Jetonbank instead of the casino name when depositing. Never mind, the main thing is that it works again.
