i haven't found a better thread & ask my question here.

my friend deposited 23€ in ETH at luckydreams yesterday & it didn't arrive.today she was told the amount was below the minimum....
the same thing happened to me once with viggoslots - got the money back an hour later minus fees....
BUT luckydreams does NOT do that! they simply said the money is gone & goodbye....
