Hello all!
I made a Deposit of 30€ at Wunderino on 5 January and selected Klarna Sofortüberweisung as the payment method. The money was also directly debited from my bank account but never arrived at Wunderino. Wunderino told me if the money has not reached them I get my payment between 5-7 business days automatically back to my bank account.
Today it has been 9 days and I have not received my 30€ back yet.
What can I do?
Does anyone have any tips for me or have you guys had something like this happen and actually get your deposit back?
I am grateful for any help.

Same thing I wrote you last week: get active and contact klarna/immediately. Wunderino will not help you. They won't transfer any money to you, because they didn't receive your deposit. The money is definitely stuck at klarna/immediately. I took action myself when this happened to me and as a result I had my deposits back within 4 days.
