Hello dear community,
I won about 8000€ in BTC in a cryptocasino in the last days and transferred the amount to my private wallet. Now I would like to send the win to an exchange ( Bitpanda ) to take advantage of it there.
Do you have any experience with such transactions? Will the exchange freeze my coins and if necessary ask where they came from? Do I have to expect legal consequences if I disclose that these wins come from a cryptocasino?

You will just have to go through your usual Verification, probably video-ident.
There is no proof of descent there.

That's not true . This is extensively mentioned on the support page of Bitpanda that income proofs and origin of funds are requested and transactions are frozen
Not with small amounts but with 8k € that is certainly triggered.

I can disclose the transactions and show that I won the money legitimately if they freeze the coins
But I have less desire to prosecute or something like that.
How would you proceed in my place?

I'm not so keen on prosecution or anything though.

I have no experience with crypto exchanges.
But you can say that all crypto exchanges that are regulated in the EU or UK are the worst in such things.
There are certainly crypto exchanges that are not as badly regulated as in the EU/UK .
In your place I would Deposit the money in a casino with small bets gamble and then withdraw by wire transfer or to an e-wallet .
So you could avoid this invasive shit .
Does anyone here on the forum maybe have experience with funds origin proofs of casino winnings at crypto exchanges?

Make yourself an account with Binance. Bitpanda you can forget, they freeze the coins for a few days and then cancel you.
Never had problems depositing even very high sums coming from cryptocasinos there and turning them into money, which I paid out right away.
Alternatively, you change the BTC via a decentralized exchange, for example in Tether, send that to another multi-wallet, the origin is then very difficult or impossible to verify.
Furthermore, you have the possibility to sell the BTC directly via Changeally or BTC Direct.
But don't send your BTC to EU Exchanges like Bitpanda or Bitnovo, you will have problems.
Anyway, Bitpanda is garbage and has lousy rates.
Just away from Bitpanda! Coinbase I can personally recommend, payouts in seconds on PayPal up to 20000 € per transaction, the fastest and cheapest I find LTC.
