Can be deleted again. I wrote to support in the meantime. And my problem was I had no bonus credit and therefore nothing ventured xD so I just had to cancel and could immediately use or pay out the 380€. So let's see how that goes.

no at most one big hit & max one good payout and that's it at least until you're in the red again & never again above +-0..generally lucky streaks last a maximum of 3 days for me..and I almost never live them out in casinos with a DE license
