Hello

I unfortunately deposited to a Direx casino via masterCard. When I made a withdrawal (only 100€ more than deposits) it was cancelled on the grounds that there had been "player collusion" and the casino "reserves the right to deny any withdrawal requests"...
The casino simply did not want to pay out a cent.

I then, two months ago, contacted my bank and initiated a chargeback on the reason "no authorization". I haven't heard anything since then, except that the case lies with Mastercard.
I have confirmed the payments via SecureCode and now read that this would already exclude the chargeback reason given by me...
now, because MasterCard seems to have accepted the case, but I have been waiting for quite some time, my question:
Have you already been able to make chargebacks despite SecureCode via the reason "no authorization" at MC or should I expect that it will eventually be rejected?

I can't tell you anything about this, but you can log on to ask gamblers and describe your problem. There is a Direx Manager often online, maybe he can help you
