No one here can answer that for you.
But if you read the thread here, you'll quickly realize that payment service providers like inpay often trigger suspicion on the part of the bank.
Will you then get into trouble? Maybe.
Could it be that nothing happens? Maybe.
Could it be that you have to pay everything back + a fine and stress and legal fees? Maybe.
No one here will answer that. If you already know that you are gambling in an illegal casino and you seem to know the thread here, then I don't quite understand why this is being done.
Some would certainly say just do it and see what happens, I would rather say leave it and don't cause any trouble. The sleepless nights wouldn't be worth the money to me.

Deposit again with credit card or something..then you have to verify this payment method and can pay out to it..don't pay out to the account. Don't do it!!!
Hello everyone, I received a letter from the police in November 2023 with an appointment for questioning as the accused. ( swearing to illegal gambling) Fortunately, since I knew that I was not obliged to appear there as the accused, I did not respond to this letter. Since then, I haven't heard/read anything from the police or any other authorities.
Now I wanted to ask you if anyone knows how long such an investigation can take? lg
I received the same on December 6th, on December 9th I informed the lawyer about my things, who then requested access to the file the next day.
Nothing new to date....
I finally want to go back to sleep without stress.

It wasn't the best idea not to get in touch at all as, depending on the amount of money involved, I'm sure you'll get an expensive penalty order at some point, or with a lot of luck a dismissal. This can take up to 2 years.

Assuming that you also pay in and out frequently, you will be unlucky to be able to say goodbye to the account this year, including the display. If it was a one-off, you might be lucky. Which bank?
