Hello together,

i have been a member of CasiQo Casino (www.casiqo.com) since 01/2021 and have always played the slots there with smaller stakes.
When there were never any wins, I deposited two times 500,- Euro via Trustly. The first 500,- Euro were gambled away in seconds. The second 500,- Euro were at the first payout attempt at 1.500,- Euro, these were canceled due to non-verification. Then I played some more and made 2.400,- Euro out of it. Documents were not recognized and the payment was cancelled again. Stupidly, I then played again and now the requested payment is 3.300,- Euro.

My proofs "ID (identity) and address proof (bank statement)" were confirmed.

Now you are only missing the proof of deposit. So I submitted a banking screenshot with the respective apparent debits. These were neither processed nor confirmed.
