Hello all,

i have deposited yesterday for the second time in this casino something and namely 10€ via Paysafe.
After that there was suddenly 10€ in the balance and 10€ was blocked by a bonus.

I have definitely not used a bonus when depositing!

After that I won at Big Bass Bonanza Christmas Edition and now suddenly this win is also there as a blocked bonus. A withdrawal is not possible, the support is not available and my mails are not answered. Has anyone ever had a similar problem?
