From customer service you are only put off that you can play with the other account and that the payouts have already been transferred ...
I live in Zurich and from 9.1.19 there is no longer Bwin in Switzerland but Premiumbull (whatever that is, have received a notification from Bwin)
Why was I not blocked from making deposits ? Do I have any possibilities to get my money ? I have screenshots and photos as well as witnesses of my withdrawals which are "in process" or open.
I have never played with 2 accounts but had a very old one which I have not logged in with for years and which was not used because it was forgotten.
Does anyone have similar experiences ? Is this a coincidence because Bwin is no longer available in Switzerland tomorrow?
