Hello, I'm playing recently at Bluvegas, I have deposited a lot and have received a Cashback of 188 € which I must convert 1x and of which I may pay out a maximum of 5 times so 940 € so far so good.
I've managed to bring 600€ to payout on Monday and still waiting for Verification and payout and just when I log in I see that I have a PAYABLE account balance of 800€ and my 600€ still stand for payout.
