want to let go here times my frustration regarding Interwetten. I play there for almost three quarters of a year. Almost daily. Pay almost daily 150 euros there and get a support that would probably drive even a player who pays 1x a month 5 euros to close the account.
Just one example:
For almost 5 months, the game "Mystic Mirror" from RedRake no longer works for me. Whenever it loads, I get the message "Please reload". Until now I didn't care, but now I would like to play it again. So I asked support to solve this. Well I got the standard answer that I should use another browser, delete cookies etc.
Well that's not the problem. It doesn't work on 2 cell phones and on 4 browsers. So I answered that I rather suspect that a game session hangs and it probably has something to do with the operator. I had the error in the past in various other casinos with other games. Is now actually nothing new for an OC.
I formulated everything quite nicely. I got the patzige answer, I should but please switch to another game. Because at Interwetten the said game works without problems.

Had the same problem at interwetten the other day, on a different game. Had a freebet for the game and could not open it. Different browsers, laptop and mobile, everything tried. The support with the same answers as yours, and then no longer responded at all...

today still had at mrvegas... have tried 15fs fromm Jackpot wheel and get ne message that I just quickly weggeklickt... FS were gone so off to chat. besides in incognito mode looked if se are there but were not. the support staff said I should try it with firefox (after the usual cookies delete gedöns). habs me then started to download and meanwhile again in microsoft edge looked and there were not. Then wrote: so in edge were not, wnen the now in firefox are then that would be a miracle
But they were not there either.
