Online Casinos in general: Betsson Verification not possible

Hello all,

have the past few days 2 times 50€ deposited by Visa at Betsson. Yesterday I then want to withdraw 770€ and see that there is only PayPal offered. Have then actually deposited with Paypal but more than 6 months ago, because I have been blocked for half a year.

In the meantime, sometime in January, I had my Paypal account closed. I told Betsson that I don't have Paypal anymore and that they should pay me Visa, because I also deposited with it. Now Betsson says that is not possible because 275€ must be cashed out via Paypal because of the payment cycle before I can choose something else.... i should send a confirmation that my paypal is deleted ..

However, I have deleted the confirmation at some point because that was ticked off for me, could not foresee that I need that times in nem casino where I have deposited last year times with Paypal.

What can I do? Otherwise, they do not want to pay out although I have the money. Have times contacted Paypal but still no answer received, but do not think the me again after more than 2 months want to send the confirmation / can.

The crap with Betsson I had also already. I had to split the payout, so first pay out the requested amount to PayPal (exactly the amount that was requested and not a cent more), wait for payout then Neteller was added.
The question is if you pay out the requested amount on PayPal and this account no longer exists, it should actually be booked back or?

But in retrospect, you have deposited with credit card 2x. Therefore, only the indentikation would have to take place that this is really yours.

Is me on the part of Betsson definitely not right what the "try" to do

I do not know if the money is then stuck somewhere for how knows how long... and I have to uploaded the paypal document otherwise I can not be redirected to the payout... before I informed them that my paypal is deleted, I did not have to verify me... so it looks to me as if they make such a fuss on purpose.

It seemed the same to me at the time. Especially how I should split the payouts. There was only PayPal available. The support then wrote me that I should pay out exactly the amount (it was 225) on PayPal and only then I could pay out 75 on Trustly and the rest on Neteller so that supposedly the cycle is closed. But I only had a Deposit of 25 from Trustly. How that comes about with the 75 euros could not tell me.
What I also do not understand that actually everywhere bank withdrawal is always possible. At Betsson this has not been the case
I think that is purely intentional, beautiful stall, in the hope one gambles it away again.

Yes that sounds indeed so. think of any sums that do not fit together. Was again in the live support and the same lament, their rules are so... well cheers, if I no longer have PayPal why do they need ne confirmation? Changes but nothing... my money from visa have finally accepted the thank you. Funny store really, do not know why I have locked me there at the time, was probably something similar happened

Have now also no more Bock on the load, have turned down the 1000€ has taken longer than expected, too bad with a reasonable Provider I would now have 1000€ more on the account. I wonder how to do something of me Fordert what I can not meet because the mail is gone and is also totally irrelevant! Since one has times before more than half a year there PayPal used to Deposit already one is their servant. Write me because you can not do anything either I get the mail or I do not come to the money.

So never again Betsson for me. Absolute impudence this Schmandladen.

Yes, of course, nicely turned down, but you would have received the money if you really wanted.

To info that can happen at any casino if you change the payment method. Therefore, I would advise you to pay attention.

I wonder why not still pay out the money via PP? If you do not have a PP account and money is sent to the email, PP sends out a mail that you have received money. Alternatively, you could have reopened the PP account briefly before and closed it again after receiving the money. Of course, none of this works if, but you have not written anything about it, PP were the ones who had blocked your account

Hand on heart, such casinos are just too stupid for me, because what is told about a cycle so you do not have to pay out, no other casino has that in which I played, especially since I made 2 deposits with Visa and not with Paypal. For this reason I will not Deposit a cent more there, in the end I only lost 2x50€, what the heck. Am not even angry, ran well the last 1-2 weeks and make erstmal ne break and am in April erstmal 3 Wochem on vacation.

Thanks for the advice, so be warned if you play there
