Online Casinos in general: Bank reverses online casino deposit

Hello,

i am from Austria (possibly important) and have my bank account, citizenship etc. here normally.

I have been playing slots on Pokerstars and Lapalingo for the last few weeks.

Pokerstars case:
2-3 weeks ago I logged in and saw the -270 € on the account balance, deposited 90€, account was set to -180 €.
According to Pokerstars support 3 transfers (each 90€ via Sofortüberweisung) did not go through, but as soon as I settle the amount I could continue playing normally.
According to my bank statements, however, no money was booked back...
Since then, nothing more came and I have also deposited nothing.

Lapalingo:
Have the 2 weeks 15x deposited and 4x paid out.
Last week actually came 3 chargebacks a 90€ back to my account, thought it was from Pokerstars.
I deposited over the weekend at Lapalingo (always via Sofortüberweisung) and played.
I have won something and paid out a little over 1,000 €.

Money came today normally to my account, just like all other withdrawals.
Then I got a mail from Lapalingo with a link to the ticket system where it says that just 3 deposits did not go through.
I should now transfer the sum 3x 90€ + 3x 25€ (fees) to a German account manually and then my Lapalingo account is again entfreezed.

Now of course the question of what I should do. Gambling is nationalized in Austria, so actually as I have also read here in the forum, Online Casinos can not sue anyone, right?

Thanks in advance!

Since nothing will happen, except that they do not unlock you

If he does not pay back, then he should delete these accounts and all accounts from their partner casinos completely or block them for life. Because if he plays there again and wins, then no more payouts will take place.

The casino locks would be relatively indifferent to me, would be better anyway
But can they me judicially / collection something?

My bank has not reported until now and the chargebacks were on 25.11.

A brief search revealed the following: "Payment requests from abroad can also lead to dunning and collection procedures. In Debt collection in the EU- abroad the debtor usually receives a so-called European payment order if he does not respond to the payment reminders and reminders of the foreign debt collection company."

I have also honestly no desire to pay now for each booking my bank back € 25 fees, which would be then again about 300-400 € although I can do nothing for it, my account was at any time sufficiently covered and Dispo was also not used.

What would you do in my situation?

I thought I'd wait this week to see if any more chargebacks take place, there were still 15 bookings since those were posted back.
However, they were booked back after 3 business days, so probably no more will come (I hope somehow).

If but I would have to transfer yes then 15x 25€ fees on top of what I would not necessarily want...

Here is another thread where people have apparently the casino nothing more Überwiesen and no consequences have arisen?

If you still someone for its good tiredness with additional additional costs so these fees, then I would not pay it back in your place. I find that very cheeky that they want to have these fees from you in addition.
