Had that also once so similar. Had deposited 500€ and lost. Wanted to Deposit again, but it came somehow ne error message that this would not go. Do not know what it was exactly. Maybe they have now set a daily limit. Almost 2 weeks ago it was again: 500€ deposited, lost and wanted to try again, but that did not work. Funnily enough, I was able to deposit another 1.5k at Tipico and Platin.

The 1st time wass but so that there have always been deducted funds. In the end, I was amazed when I noticed that an additional 2500€ had been debited. I then contacted the casino support and described my case. Have but little done, except to tell me I should wait. Then called the bank and tried to arrange chargebacks - did not work either.

Sometime in the afternoon I contacted the Provider Skrill (was EPS by Skrill) and Skrill asked me to wait 3 days. After the 72h I contacted them again by phone, sent screenshots of the debits etc and after 5 hours the money came back.

My Tip: wait 3 business days first and then contact the provider.
