Let's be honest you pay in at any casinos lose and then want to repeat it from them really the hammer .if I notice but I Deposit more and get nothing then I stop but no any sane person would think so
morality is a dirty whore in the gambling business. eat and be eaten.
the legislature should make sensible laws so that this does not happen
I have now read a lot about Cashback possibilities etc. here and on other platforms.
It would be nice if the following could be clearly explained to me:
My claims would be against Skrill as I have no intentions of spending much money on legal proceedings against my credit un ion (immediately /trustly).
Are there any good forms/examples on how best to proceed there.
Or would you rather consult a lawyer?
I have discovered a law firm on the net that knows a lot about chargeback.
It is said that claims can be made valid within the last 3 years.
So what would be the best option for me in your opinion?
Thanks in advance and have a great Easter weekend everyone 🙂

/e lol but the asterisks are not from me
Honestly, this is morally the lowest drawer. The player has also paid arbitrarily and knew before that he gambles in the gray area.
The money, if it should work, would be then anyway in the next casino Verballert...
If the gambling debts are higher, then it is also teaching money the next time to stay with their own circumstances

It is not about individual opinions or opinions, I would like to know what is legally possible / the best way
You want to approach the matter quite inexpensively? But you ask in the following sentence, whether it is better to contact a lawyer? As if the lawyer does not also cost "a little" money
I can't imagine with the best will in the world that you can achieve anything at all with such an action...you yourself are responsible for your wins/losses...no lawyer can help you there either

I think the retrieval is only possible with PP and you can do that yourself by reversing the direct debit. With the other payment methods I can not imagine that it works. If you achieve something let's hear about it:-)
