Dux_Pino_Casino wrote on 11/01/2022 at 10:04 am: Dear GJ Community,
despite multiple checks of the posts for the draw, I made a mistake as some have already mentioned in the last posts.
I and the whole Dux & Pino Casino team would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused.
For future lotteries we will come up with a new procedure to make sure that such a mistake will not happen again.
Sincerely yours
Your Dux & Pino Casino Team
There is no reason to apologize You have made a mistake (can happen) and simikra20 was lucky in this case (be grudged to her). The easiest thing to do is to reach into your donation pants again and draw another winner for a 100€ Paysafecard and everyone will be happy.

You are right, if we (puzzle, lottery organizers, etc) make mistakes in such actions, we must also stand up for it,
It would be a good gesture

despite multiple checks? sorry, that's just another oc blabla standard sentence which unfortunately doesn't bring much credibility to many here
nevertheless, mistakes can happen, so here is my
constructive suggestion for improvement you don't even need to think up a new procedure;-)
even if you don't want to make the effort to search all participants for double posts (which everybody can understand because it's time consuming),
then the easiest way
you run your random generator and before publishing the winners you have a look at each profile of each winner. it works like this
left click on the (drawn winner) avatar
scroll down to forum posts, then click on show all posts
then find out how many posts in the raffle period (date of the respective post is under each post) were submitted in the thread.
on the basis of your heading unmistakably determine whether within the entitled raffle period 2 times or more was posted
accordingly disqualify the relevant, the price for the omitted again determine with random generator.
Why do people always chop your head off when you make a mistake as a human being. This is the only casino that does lotteries on GambleJoe and as soon as you find a negative point, they pick on it. I just don't think that's right. The casino has apologized and it will not happen again. End of story.
