I have on 17.October 2019 10€ Paysafecard deposited until then everything was still good.
Then I gambled what the stuff holds and also came quickly with the bonus on my 5000€.
Withdraw did not work because the account had to be verified. That took a whole 5 months! Each time they wanted something new
On 19.02.20 I got an email saying that my account is verified and the money was transferred to my account. This was unfortunately not so, account is blocked because I have violated something and the money was not there after 11 days.
Meanwhile again with the customer service stressed and they wanted now screenshots of my account statements as proof that no money is there. I keep you up to date. I hope I get my money... this has been going on for months now...
