Hi,

have noticed that Videoslots uses either Worldpay or Aygden when paying out to Visa; payouts via worldpay arrive 100%, with Aygden always a little less, so +/- 2 Eur less?! anyone an idea why this is?

Report this to Videoslots support so they always use worldpay with you.

The different contributions also depends on your own bank.

ah ok.. was on the wrong track... had to do with the number of payouts per day...

Answer from support..

"Ah I see what the problem is. One withdrawal per day is free but all other withdrawals have a fee of 2.5€. Of course you can only use bank transfers to avoid such fees."
