Hello, I am new here and have a big problem:
Had recently gambled up to over 800€ at a no account Casino. Did not withdraw the money immediately and now I can not log in or Deposit / withdraw with Trustly for over a week, in any casino! Am at the ING and suspect that here recently generally payments to casinos are blocked, Sofortüberweisung goes, for example, no longer.
How am I supposed to get my money now, so completely without normal login data?
Can the casino but badly communicate account number and PIN😄
Has jmd ne idea or the same problem?
Ask me whether I am now known as a "problem customer" or whether this affects all customers of ING.
Write to the support and describe the problem, if that does not work try to contact IBAS. They are the registered arbitration board (https://www.ibas-uk.com/) should help despite UK in the name as they were registered under MGA license as ADR.
Explain your problem in English, if you need help with this you can ask here on the forum or someone familiar in the area. You can find the arbitration board by clicking on the MGA logo at the bottom of No Account Casino and looking at approved ADR (if you don't trust the link I gave you, for example).
With enough time you will almost always find a solution. But it is one of the most annoying things that can happen when the bank interferes.
