Deposit and withdrawal methods: Too much debited from credit card (Rizk)

Hey,

i wanted to get info if anyone at Rizk-OC has had experience with erroneous charges to their credit card

In my case, the situation is that my limit was heavily used even though the account balance should be in the plus. Since the limit was displayed incorrectly, I waited for the transactions to be posted and lo and behold - on 08.10. 8 deposits were noted on the credit card, although only 7 (there are also only 7 deposits displayed under the transactions at Rizk) have been made. The withdrawal from 08.10. is not displayed at all

I expect more erroneous transactions to show up on the credit card statement in the coming days. What should one do in such a situation? Rizk customer service has already been informed

Thank you for your time!

If nothing changes, you have to report an "unauthorized credit card misuse".
I'm surprised that you can still make deposits with a credit card at all.

How long do you think I should wait?

The credit card was issued only last week and I have only used it for Rizk. The amounts are also always charged to "ZECURE GAMING LTD" or "ZECURE GAMING LIMITED" and not others, which would indicate credit card abuse.

My guess is that pressing F5 (i.e. reloading the page) after a Deposit results in a double charge. I often pressed F5 after depositing in the game, so that the credit would also be displayed in the game and I could continue playing. But it is still nonsense and should not happen, because I am guaranteed not the only one who reloads the page so that the credit becomes available in the game.

So wait and see what the casino says. You still have time for the chargeback.

Can not be that by refreshing again what is deducted. For this you would have to at least confirm the form again.
